Python FullStack Developer

Role Objective

We are looking for a Senior Developer to take ownership of end-to-end product features. You will design responsive front-end interfaces, architect high-concurrency back-end services, and manage cloud-native deployments. You should be comfortable working with AI-augmented development tools and building applications that are both robust and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Modern Frontend: Build interactive, state-driven UIs using React (with Hooks/Redux) or Next.js.

• AI & Automation: Integrate AI-driven features (LLM APIs, vector databases like Pinecone/Milvus) and leverage AI coding assistants to maintain a 30-40% faster development cycle.

• API Mastery: Create and maintain high-performance RESTful or GraphQL endpoints.

• Database Optimization: Manage complex relational data in PostgreSQL or MySQL and handle unstructured data using MongoDB or Redis.

• DevOps & Cloud: Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Performance Engineering: Identify and fix bottlenecks such as N+1 query issues, slow React renders, or memory leaks in Python.
