Refund & Rescheduling Policy

However, due to the nature of our courses and digital services, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read our Refund & Rescheduling Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

At Start2Skill, we want you to have confidence in your enrollment. If for any reason you wish to discontinue, you may request a refund within 7 days of your enrollment date.

Refunds will be subject to the following terms:

• • • Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of enrollment.

    • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period has passed.

    • Refunds are not applicable if you have already accessed or completed a significant portion of the course, training program, workshop, or service.

    • Any applicable processing fees or charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

This policy ensures fairness while maintaining the integrity of our programs.

2. Rescheduling Option

We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, as a gesture of flexibility, we offer the option to reschedule your participation in an alternate batch or class under the following conditions:

• The rescheduling request must be made at least 72 hours prior to the originally scheduled class or session.

• Rescheduling is allowed only once per enrollment.

• The new class or batch must be selected from the upcoming scheduled sessions within the next six (6) months from the original date of enrollment.

• Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and batch confirmation.

• If the learner fails to attend the rescheduled class, no further rescheduling or refund will be offered.

4. Exceptions

Start2Skill reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes in case of unforeseen situations such as faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollments, or force majeure events. In such cases, affected learners will be offered alternative options or rescheduled sessions without additional charges.

5. Policy Amendments

Start2Skill reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Rescheduling Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page.
