Job description
At Social Brands Builders, we don’t just post; we build. We are looking for a dual-threat Content Strategist + Creator who can architect a brand’s long-term narrative and then pick up a camera or open a design suite to bring it to life.
As a hybrid professional, you will bridge the gap between “the big idea” and “the daily post.” You’ll spend 40% of your time analyzing data and mapping out 3-month strategies, and 60% of your time in the trenches—shooting reels, writing copy, and designing high-impact visuals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Architecture
Brand Roadmap: Develop multi-channel content strategies that align with client business goals (lead gen, brand awareness, or community building).
Content Pillars: Define and maintain the “voice” for various brands, ensuring consistency across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Email.
Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly audits of content performance. Use data to “pivot or persevere,” adjusting strategies based on what the metrics are telling us.
SEO & Trend Forecasting: Stay 3 steps ahead of algorithm shifts and viral trends to ensure our clients are pioneers, not followers.
2. Hands-on Creation
Short-Form Video: Script, film, and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and Shorts (CapCut/Premiere proficiency is a must).
Visual Design: Create aesthetic static posts, carousels, and stories using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Copywriting: Write compelling, human-centric captions and headlines that stop the scroll and drive action.
AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools to streamline workflows, from brainstorming hooks to generating initial image concepts.
3. Hybrid Collaboration
In-Office Days: Participate in creative “War Room” sessions, client brainstorms, and high-production equipment shoots.
Remote Days: Deep-work hours dedicated to content scheduling, data reporting, and long-form strategy documentation.
