Role Overview
As an AI Marketing Specialist at Social Brands Builders, your mission is to bridge the gap between traditional marketing and the future of automation. You will be responsible for deploying AI tools to enhance creative output, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze massive datasets to find “hidden” growth opportunities.
This is a Full-Tine role for a tech-optimist who believes that AI doesn’t replace marketers—it gives them superpowers.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Content & Creative
Generative Workflows: Use AI (Midjourney, Runway, Jasper, or custom LLMs) to produce high-quality visual and written assets at 10x the speed of traditional methods.
Prompt Engineering: Develop and maintain a “Prompt Library” for the creative team to ensure brand voice consistency across all AI-generated output.
Synthetic Media: Experiment with AI avatars and voice cloning for client video content and personalized outreach.
2. Automation & Personalization
Marketing Automation: Build “AI Agents” or workflows (using Zapier, Make, or Python) that automate lead nurturing, social listening, and customer interaction.
Predictive Analytics: Use AI tools to forecast trend cycles and customer churn, allowing us to be proactive rather than reactive.
Email & SMS at Scale: Implement AI-driven dynamic content that changes based on individual user behavior in real-time.
3. Ethical Oversight & Strategy
Brand Safety: Ensure all AI-generated content is factually accurate, legally compliant (copyright), and maintains the “human” soul of the brand.
AI Tool Scouting: Research and vet the latest AI marketing tech stack to keep Social Brands Builders at the forefront of the industry.
