Job description
We are looking for a high-energy Growth Marketer to join Social Brands Builders. You won’t just be managing ads; you will be “hacking” growth. Your mission is to find the most efficient ways to scale our clients’ brands through rapid experimentation, data analysis, and funnel optimization.
This is a Full-Time role that requires a blend of creative “what-if” thinking and cold, hard data execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
A/B Testing: Design and execute split tests for landing pages, ad copy, and email subject lines to improve conversion rates.
Lead Gen Management: Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI, not just spend.
Retention Hooks: Build automated email/SMS sequences to turn one-time buyers into repeat fans.
2. Data & Analytics
Tracking: Set up and monitor tracking pixels and UTM parameters to ensure every cent spent is accounted for.
Reporting: Create weekly “Growth Sprints” reports, highlighting what failed, what worked, and what we are scaling next.
Customer Insights: Analyze user behavior to identify “friction points” in the customer journey.
3. Collaborative Execution
Creative Briefing: Work with our Content Creators to request specific assets (videos/statics) based on data-backed winning hooks.
Product Feedback: Suggest “growth loops” (like referral programs or viral features) to help clients grow organically.
